Shipping Policy

Orders will ship in 2-3 business days after being placed and will take 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active when USPS updates it which can be anywhere from immediate or after you receive your item…

Damaged in Shipment 
If your order is damaged during shipping please take pictures of the damaged box and product before disassembling and/or discarding them.  Please contact us and we will send you a replacement immediately.  We will use your pictures to work with the shipping company on a refund.

Lost Packages

Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or missing packages. If a tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the final destination, your package is not eligible for an insurance claim.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender by USPS for invalid address or returned because it is denied by the current person living at the address supplied, we will refund the order amount minus the cost of shipping the item.
