If your are not completely satisfied with any product from our sugarhouse we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

We do ask that you check your addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to incorrectly addressed orders.

If your items are damaged during shipment, please email photos of the damaged items and, if possible, photos of the damaged box, to sales@Mrslilwillys.com..
